God has a purpose for why we have to suffer. It could be for us to be able to comfort other Christians, and even non Christians who are suffering, with the same comfort which we received from God. We give comfort to those who are experiencing the pain of suffering. Whether the suffering is anticipated or unexpected, and God does not tell us the reason why we suffer. God does not abandon us and never leave us.
How do we comfort other? We usually helped them to see the beauty of earth, the blessing we are receiving from God and we even hug them and pray for them. How does God comfort us? God comforts us when we are in sorrow, pain or in sadness. He comforts us by strengthening us from trials. He is providing us the strength to endure every trial. He even allows us to suffer so that when we help someone else who is suffering, we know what we would do because we have already been where they are. He let us suffer and comfort us by accomplishing holy purposes. He wants to show us that He loves us and will never leave us. God wanted His children to look upon Him. This page shows the verses about comfort and how God protect us and comfort us during our troubles and hurting that you can find by reading the bible.
